Welcome to my NEW Blog! :)

Welcome everyone to my *NEW* blog covering my explorations of the Napoleonic wars and the age of the musket. Take note that my main interest here is in the fascinating wars of Napoleon of the early 19th c. However, this blog will also detail some of the other periods of the 18th c. as well.

Details of the wargaming rules I use, battle reports and AAR, You Tube videos, my period observations and projects I am working on will all be detailed here. Note that I have a few other blogs (see the links above) covering other wargaming periods that fascinate me as well. Be sure to check them out as well.

Currently I am working on 10mm 1812 period French and Russians - some pics shown here. Really fascinated by this particular campaign - the invasion of Russia - and the battles which followed. My goal at the moment is to collect two armies for the sides involved amounting to no less than 1,000+ figures by Christmas '15! So far I am half-way there. Very excited about this.

Anyway, I hope you like the blog. In the coming days and weeks I shall be posting all kinds of goodness dealing with the period, including more wonderful pics of my 10mm miniatures as I work through them. Also I will be posting some awesome AAR on battles fought with such rules as Black Powder, Blucher, Napoleon's Battles IV, General de Brigade, Lasalle, and MORE.

Stay tuned my friends... it is going to be awesome :)
